To Our Valued Clients:

In the veterinary industry, we are used to infectious disease protocol – because we deal with it every day.

We have always paid close attention to the cleanliness of our facility, and now we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone that walks through our doors. Frequently touched surfaces are regularly cleaned, and our team members are wearing masks and gloves to further minimize the risk of contamination.

As government protocols recommend, we encourage clients over 65 as well as those at risk of infection remain at home and not come into the clinic. We also ask that any clients who have a fever or are showing other signs of sickness REMAIN AT HOME and have a family member or friend bring your pet in if they need care.

Curbside Veterinary Service

To minimize exposure to everyone, only staff members are allowed in our hospital at this time.

Please call the office at 816-781-4595 when you arrive and a team member will be out to assist you and bring your pet in for their needed care.

A doctor will call and talk to you after the exam and we will work together through this hurdle.

Please do not postpone essential care (including urgent exams, food or prescription refills, etc.) for your pet out of fear. We are happy to discuss symptoms and questions with you over the phone to determine your pet’s needs and ensure they receive the care they need.
