Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

We are happy to accept the following methods of payment:

CareCredit: When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Ark Animal Hospital understands this and accepts payment through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com/apply.

Pet Insurance:

We recommend accident & injury coverage at the minimum for your dog or cat. Some plans even had benefits for wellness care. You can check your personal home insurance company, your employment plans or here are 2 pet focused companies:

Fetch: A comprehensive option! If you do not yet have health insurance for your pet, we recommend looking at Fetch. Insurance will help your pet receive the care they need when they need it.

Pumpkin: Accident/injury or wellness options! Pumpkin plans have the extensive accident & illness coverage your pet needs, including dental illnesses, behavioral issues, and hereditary conditions which some plans exclude.
